Su-do Tropical tanning lotion contains the active ingredient DHA that is found in the majority of tanning products. DHA or Dihydroxy Acetone is a chemical which reacts with amino acids in the uppermost layer of the skin and causes them to turn brown. DHA has been used safely in cosmetics for over 30 years.
